Many do not remember the early days of Blood Right. Many were not here. Many were here but elsewhere. However, there are some who can recall the greatest fireworks display that Stormwind, and to my knowledge the Dark Iron server, has ever seen. It was the week after Blood Right first downed Nefarion. The world was different then. In so many ways. Cap was 60. Raid size was 40. If you had 9k health, you were a tank. This was before TBC. Before WotLK. This was 2005. And Blood Right was there. Blood Right has always been there. Blood Right is the longest living guild on the Dark Iron server. It is a difficult thing to stand in Dalaran and not see a present, or past member. We have long prided ourselves on the ability to be a casual end-game guild. Sometimes more casual than we should be probably. However, the pendulum is swinging the other way.....again. There is a feeling of hunger within BR's ranks again. A desire to excel. A desire to be, once again, at the top of the list. Not to abandon the aspect of fun that our raiding environment has traditionally been, but a desire to balance our fun with our success. And we are realizing that goal.... Malygos is dead. Kel'Thuzad is dead. And the guild craves more. As a whole, we have come great strides in the past several weeks. And congratulations are deserved by all. If you missed the recent guild meeting, take note that each individual MUST maximize their output, whatever their role may be. DPS/Healing/Threatgen, all of these factors have to be as high as we can get them going forward. If you can't pull your weight, you are going to be holding 24 other people back, so we will not be able to use you. So take it upon yourselves.....if you wish to be a raider, you MUST maximize your numbers. Ask questions. Search sites for rotations/gear combinations/etc. Do the research. Other people can help, but no one can do this all for you. YOU have to put the effort in. Again, grats all on our effort so far. Now on to the next challenge.
