wasn't too too suprising, i sorta suspected that the black cloud was that guy just from seeing the black cloud manifest as people beforehand in addition to not seeing the black cloud and the fake locke in the same room at the sametime

ben was sorta hollowed and weak which is really a first for the show that really threw me off

i already mourned juliet's death the first time and i was excited at the prospect of her returning cause i hadn't really considered that an option and then when she died again it didn't really do anything for me

the seperate timelines is sorta interesting just a "geez whiz what woulda happened" point of view but atm i dont really see where it's going or the point

the temple was cool, and i like that japanese guy that they managed to pick up who starred in the last samurai he's a badass

sayid coming back was ok didn't really do much for me, i suppose it'll be cool to see the whole indoctrination thing but it makes me believe that locke will most likely come back and redeem himself rather then the pathetic death he was given

well sawyer's character change for me is completely understandable, you have to remember they were w/o any contact from anyone for three years they essentially moved on with their lives and that's how things sorted. he had no use for his conning/hero skills he lived in a quiet village as semi security guard. it's also why miles is the one who joins him to dig the grave(altho his skills were the alterior motive)

about the opposite thing i did notice but didn't remember for that last post, what i had thought was basically to sorta think things through, if the island never exists those numbers are never considered cursed by anyone(they still exist most likely but no one knows about them). rose and jack was prob just an interesting quirk, if you consider the first time around that's the point when the plane begins to crash so he never really gets a chance to get upset/scared.

charlie was a druggy so he was doing druggy things, him being suicidal isn't really all that crazy considering his back story with his brother turning him down and the drug use.

desmond was on the plane cause when he went on the boat race to impress penny's father he never gets lost on the island(the island is under water) and as for whatever turn of events ends up on that plane

as for kate being on a tree not really sure, altho i just chalked it up to the whole explosion thing

i vaguely recall that coffee thing, but i was considering the same thing, that mostly in death she can be a part of multiple timelines/dimensions what have you so she knew it worked

thing is we need another "wise man" i cant really see how any of the current cast can figure the multiple timelines and where that'll lead and i think jacob is a bit too all powerful to just give the answer that directly

Just watched STS-130 (Endeavour) go up. Last scheduled night launch of the shuttle program. ~14 miles from the pad to where my street hits the beach. Awesome beyond words. Goodnight/morning.

i've come close like maybe a week afterwards when i went to pennsylvania and new york so i've seen frozen piles of ice which i can imagine was snow at some point, but never snow or snow fall
